Turnkey Pumping Stations

This is our core business. We deliver pumping stations from the ground up — handling civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation scope under a single contract. One accountable partner from design through commissioning, with no coordination gaps between disciplines.

Scope of Work

  • Civil works: structural design, excavation, RCC pump house, wet well, valve chambers
  • Mechanical: pump selection, installation, impeller and motor assembly, alignment and grouting
  • Electrical: HT/LT panels, MCC, power cables, standby power, earthing systems

The Case for Long-Term O&M

When the same team that builds a system also operates it, there are no knowledge gaps, no blame allocation during emergencies, and no delays while a new contractor figures out the equipment. Our O&M teams understand the systems from the inside — which means faster fault diagnosis and fewer unplanned shutdowns.

Mini and Micro Pumping Stations (Annuity Model)

Not every flood control problem requires a ₹400 crore solution. For localised waterlogging at junctions, low-lying streets, or ward-level drainage challenges, we develop and operate purpose-built mini and micro pumping stations on an annuity basis.

Under the annuity model, we finance, build, and operate the station. The client pays a fixed annual fee over the agreed contract period — removing the upfront capital burden while ensuring the infrastructure is properly maintained throughout its operational life.

Storm Water Management and Flood Control

Mumbai’s monsoon is not the problem — inadequate storm water infrastructure is. Our storm water projects are designed for peak load conditions, not average ones. Redundancy is built in, and automation responds faster than any manual intervention.

We have delivered and currently operate several of Mumbai’s most critical storm water pumping stations — Lovegrove, Cleveland, Irla, Haji Ali, Mogra, and others — with combined project values exceeding ₹1,200 crore.

Aaradhyaa & Co. carries dam construction and lift irrigation experience from Mr. Nilesh Jamdar’s extensive background in Maharashtra’s irrigation sector. We take on both greenfield construction and rehabilitation of existing structures, working to IS dam safety standards and state irrigation department requirements.
