Engineering Solutions. Delivering Results.
We cover turnkey pumping station construction (civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation), long-term operations and maintenance contracts from 4 to 15 years, mini and micro pumping stations on an annuity basis, storm water management systems, sewage treatment plant design and operation, solid waste management, and dam and lift irrigation schemes.
The bulk of our current work is in Mumbai, focused on BMC contracts for storm water pumping stations and urban flood control infrastructure.
Our primary client is the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation. We also work with state government departments, infrastructure developers, and private clients requiring pumping or water infrastructure. We're open to joint venture discussions with established infrastructure firms where our combined prequalification and technical scope fits the tender requirement.
We prefer full EPC scope — civil, mechanical, electrical, automation, and O&M under one contract. This is the model that gives clients a single point of accountability and eliminates coordination gaps between disciplines. That said, we also take on standalone O&M contracts for existing infrastructure built by other contractors.
Quality is built into the process, not checked at the end. We work to IS codes and BMC specifications. Our own engineers supervise on-site rather than delegating to subcontractors. For O&M contracts, we follow structured preventive maintenance schedules, maintain detailed equipment logs, and conduct periodic performance audits against design specifications.
We also provide routine reporting to clients and regulatory bodies — so performance data is documented and transparent throughout the contract period.
For projects where we build and then operate, the same team transitions from construction to operations — there is no knowledge gap at handover.
Yes. Our three flagship contracts alone carry a combined value of over Rs. 1,100 crore. We have the engineering depth, JV partnerships, and operational track record to execute at the full scale of Mumbai's municipal infrastructure tenders.

Our current portfolio is concentrated in Mumbai. Our growth plan includes expansion to other major cities across India, particularly for flood mitigation and urban water management work. We're open to conversations about projects in other states where our technical profile is relevant.
Three things stand out. First, we're debt-free — our execution quality isn't under any financial pressure. Second, we specialise specifically in pumping station and flood control infrastructure, rather than spreading thin across unrelated sectors. Third, we offer genuine end-to-end EPC and O&M — not a construction-only approach that passes operations responsibility to someone else.
The founder's direct involvement in every contract also affects how decisions get made. Mr. Jamdar is not a figurehead — he is operationally engaged on active projects.
45+ engineers across civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and automation disciplines — ranging from 25-year veterans to recent graduates. 75+ skilled on-site technicians across active project locations. For larger contracts, we scale through our joint venture partner network.
Yes. We handle rehabilitation and upgrade work for existing stations — pump replacement, electrical system modernisation, SCADA integration, VFD installation, and automation upgrades. If you have an ageing station that is underperforming, we can assess it and propose a structured upgrade plan.
The Group achieved a turnover of Rs. 80 Cr. in FY 2025-26. The Group is entirely debt-free and continues to maintain a strong financial position, with a focus on sustained growth and expansion in the coming years.
